Refund & Returns Policy

At Aw Shucks, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
Used or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Gift cards or downloadable products.
Clearance or final sale items.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size (Large vs. Small Shucking Arm) and wish to exchange, contact us within 30 days.
Buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
5. How to Return an Item
Email us at astarr@awshucksllc.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Securely package the item with all original components.
Ship the item to the return address provided with your RA number.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
